What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, place an order, or otherwise interact with Walden Bros, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, mailing address (when shipping), company name (if applicable), order details (styles, sizes, artwork), and payment information.

How we use it

• Producing and fulfilling your custom apparel order.
• Communicating with you about that order — proposals, payment links, pickup notifications, service questions.
• Processing payments through Stripe (cards on file are stored by Stripe, not by us).
• Maintaining our internal customer history so reorders move faster.

SMS & phone numbers

We use your phone number to send order-related transactional text messages. We do not share or sell your phone number for marketing purposes. SMS messaging is delivered via Twilio under our short-code/long-code registration. See our SMS Terms for opt-in/opt-out details.

Sharing your information

We share information only with vendors essential to running your order:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Twilio (SMS delivery)
• Supabase (database hosting)
• Vercel (web hosting)
• Blank-garment wholesalers (when ordering items for your job)

We do not sell your information to third parties for marketing.

Your rights

• Request a copy of the information we have about you.
• Request that we update or correct information.
• Request deletion of your information (we'll keep records required for tax / accounting).
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any message.

Security

Database access is restricted, payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers, and all traffic between your browser and our site is encrypted.
